Dr. Jeremy Velasco

Owner/Physical Therapist
Jeremy Velasco is the founder of Elite Golf Physical Therapy and a San Diego native with a passion for helping golfers feel and play their best. Jeremy combines his expertise in rehabilitation and golf biomechanics to create customized programs that keep golfers pain-free and performing at their highest level.

When he’s not helping clients improve their game, Jeremy enjoys golfing, playing tennis, running, and exploring new destinations. He’s also a foodie at heart and loves discovering unique culinary spots. At home, he’s often spending time with his energetic Labrador, Mango.

Jeremy’s vision for Elite Golf PT is simple: to provide the luxury of top-tier, professional-level care—typically reserved for elite golfers—and make it accessible to golf enthusiasts across San Diego. His goal is to help every client heal pain, improve motion, and golf better.
